Yesterday, on 06 October 2023, Rwanda Battle Group V (RWABG V) peacekeepers under the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated and Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) provided free medical services to malaria patients and carried out sensitization activities on preventive measures for citizens of Sam-Ouandja City, Haute Kotto, in Eastern Central African Republic.
45 patients were treated and 125 residents participated in awareness on malaria preventive measures during the one-day medical outreach.
